The plugin hybrid 3 is used by armin van burren as is loom and structure which comes in the bundle has been used for years and years on tons of tracks recorded with pro tools because that used to be the pro tools only plugin so it was used by everyone at one time.There isn't a project I do where I don't use it. Kontakt 5 is a sampler so that can create whatever you want and i promise youll get addicted too making your own layers using that i lose hours everyweek just creating my own sounds.Ībsynth 5 is a ambient must have it creates sounds you cant get anywere else.Īs i said omnisphere 2 is superb but for the price you cant go wrong buying the komplete bundles if you havent got it or the air tech bundle if you wanna save money. you can even build your own plugins within it and if you dont it comes with hundreds of plugins too get you started then just goto the user pages on native instruments website and get thousands free. If its moody textures and atmospheric stuff then komplete is a must have.you get reaktor 6/absynth 5/kontakt 5 those 3 items alone will give you all the stuff you need especially reaktor 6 that is a beast of a plugin and can do anything. Most of his leads are massive/fm8 and he used to use the korg legacy collection alot especially for his motorcycle track that is basically a korg demo. I wouldn't buy massive separately trancer even though the price is good now its not a good deal if you plan to buy komplete 12 once that comes out in a few weeks.Ĭoncerning sylenth and armin van burren he doesn't use that synth as much as yo think he does.he uses loads of other stuff but too get the sound he has is down to the way he processes sounds not the actual synths.he uses lots of layering and compression and equing too get a specific sound he also has a lot of help from top class enginners too get that sheen.

Ohh and the new komplete editions will contain the new massive x synth which will also be announced fully in the next few weeks and if that's anything like the orginal massive that will truly be a big game changer for the next few years too come. I don't know if you own any native instruments stuff but if you don't id hold on buying anything until native instruments drop the new komplete bundles in a few weeks that will cost about the same for the normal version which will contain everything you will ever need for years too come and will do more for your creativity than buying one more plugin.Īnd if you can afford buying the komplete ultimate editions they do offer everything. Same goes for sylenth that too is good but a little dated now and avenger beats it hands down due to all the complex stuff you can do which you cant do on sylenth. Omnisphere is pretty expensive ,yes it sounds brilliant but you already own some great plugins such as avenger.

Its easy too install mate it basically does a lot of the work for you and installs like any other software I use.
